      FORM is a technique class—a great class for beginners to learn new movements and for more advanced clients to hone their skills.  Each week we will concentrate on a different fundamental skill, from kettlebell swings to Turkish get-ups to clean and jerks. This will be a low-intensity class aimed for beginners but suitable for all levels. After all, it’s always good to focus on the basics.       FUEL is an intensive workout class that we offer at our San Diego functional fitness gym that takes your anaerobic and anabolic levels to the max. Functional training is the leading milestone in safe, yet efficient training.

      FIRM is a fusion class with high-intensity drills that combines high rep weight training with low weight resistance. This program is designed to tone and sculpt the parts of the body where muscle definition is wanted/needed. High repetition using lighter weights is a different type of challenge where that muscle burn becomes your new best friend. This class is structured more towards muscle endurance training. Grow lean muscle and gain strength with this San Diego-based high-rep fitness class!
